Payment, Delivery and Returns
You can securely pay for your order using your credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or PayPal. If you have a business account in PayPal, you may get errors "payment can't be completed due to government regulations". This is because of internal strange rules of the payment system. If you have any problems during the payment, please write us: firstname.lastname@example.org – we will solve this problem.
In-stock merchandise is typically delivered to you in 4-45 days. We need about 7-10 business days to fulfill your order.
We manufacture custom-made products specially for you, it's not fast, we use a unique technology that allows us to achieve tremendous quality. Due our complex production technology it is possible that sending is delayed for 3-4 days. Please advise us in advance if the order is necessary for you by the exact date. Can be some delays in delivery. Unfortunately we can not affect the operation of mail. It's because of Coronavirus. As we know, all of the passenger aircraft were canceled, and therefore the movement of all parcels was delayed. Parcels are sent by sea and by land. We hope for your patience. This is the situation in the world; we cannot influence it. Please accept our apologies for this situation. We are also very worried about your order and want you to be satisfied.
Сost and options of delivery
• The price for delivery of the product is calculated based on its weight and size of the package, as well as the country of delivery, and can range from 10 to 90 dollars. You will be able to see the full shipping cost before the payment process, after you enter your contact information.
• For some products, such as wooden table lamps, wall lamps and pendant lamps, shipping will cost more: up to 150 euros, since this is a heavy box weighing up to 15 kg. Also, we have to send some fragile products by express courier services such as DHL or UPS. In this connection, delivery of these products will also be much more expensive. We ask you to treat this with understanding, as it does not depend on us, but on the rates of the courier company. But your goods will arrive safe and sound, and quite quickly, despite possible delays caused by the restriction of air transportation in connection with Covid-19, and you will be satisfied.
• Important information: We have multiple workshops across different countries, including the USA, Poland, and other locations. Depending on the availability of the product you ordered, it may be delivered from one of our workshops. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but if you have any concerns or questions related to the delivery process, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will do our best to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
In regular circumstances the delivery time used to be 2-4 weeks but now with the global pandemic things have drastically slowed down. We are producing the orders as fast as we can and then send them directly to the post office. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak most airlines have reduced their flights therefore, in order to guarantee on time delivery, we highly recommend you to upgrade to Express Mail delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes and duties levied by your local customs authority. If it is necessary to pay a tax, the customs authority of your country will contact you using the contact information provided by you. In case of non-payment of the import tax, the goods will be returned to the sender, which is us. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
I didn't manage to receive my package and it was sent back.
No problem – this could happens when, for example, you were away and didn't have a chance to receive your order, were busy with other matters, or simply forgot. Please write to us, and we will ask you to make a payment for re-delivery, and we will send your order again.
For delivery by Christmas, all order information and payments should reach us by 29 November. Fractalika is unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas after this date.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goodies, simply return them to us within 30 days of delivery, in their original unused condition, for a full refund of the product price.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We understand that you want those psychedelic artifacts yesterday, but bear with us... We do our best to dispatch orders within 3-5 days, though occasionally it can take longer (we'll let you know about any delays). Most orders are shipped by the efficient and reliable Russian Post service. Some large orders, and when requested by the customers, can be shipped by international courier services such as Fedex, UPS and DHL.
Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
Yes, you can! If you do, please see the following:
• First of all contact us to let us know you want to exchange or return your order. Please include your order number.
• Once we have agreed to an exchange or refund, post your item(s) back to the address below within 30 days of the original order date. As long as it reaches us intact and in its original packaging, we'll send you a replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn't possible.
• If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery, we will resend the item but all further shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If an item does not fit but was shipped as ordered by the customer, we will exchange the item but all further shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Always double-check the sizes as noted on the site. For information on choosing a footwear size, see our size comparison charts.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When we receive the returned item(s) for exchange we will let you know the shipping cost and ask you to pay this amount to our PayPal account. We can issue an invoice via PayPal if required. Once the payment has cleared we will ship the exchange item(s) to you.
• If the problem is due to an error on our part, we will of course issue a replacement where possible and refund your shipping cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund your payment in full.
